Welcome to RentMe Property Management!
This website is not a scam! Feel free to call me. you can even view the property before you pay any Fees!
Hello! I'm Mike Castro, along with my wife, Rose; we own and operate our family-run business RentMePM! With over 30 years of experience, we specialise in renting clean, affordable housing in the Lorain, Ohio, area. "If we will not live in it, we will not rent it!" That has been our model for renting since we started this business.
As a prospective tenant, please use this website as an opportunity to gather information about our homes for rent, pricing, rules & regulations, and us, as landlords, to see if we are a good fit for you.
Tour our available rental homes through video and photos using the links below. You can view rent costs, total move-in costs, download an application, and pay the application fee(s) required online. To ensure you understand the lease terms before submitting your application and paying any application fee(s), a copy of the lease is available for download. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me at the 440-785-7067.
Click on the links below to view some of the terms, pricing, and regulations to help aid you in your decision on whether or not our homes or our requirements are the right fit for you before you begin the renting process with us.
(We understand that finding affordable accommodations is a difficult, time-consuming, and at times expensive process. We hope that the summary will help save you time.)

After we receive your application and application fee(s), we run a background & rental history check. If everything is up to our standards, your application will then go to my wife, who will complete a financial check to make sure that you can afford the unit. After all the application(s) are complete, we contact you to have a face to face conversation and meet everyone who will be residing in the unit. After meeting all the applicants a decision will be made for who we believe will be best suited for our home within the fair housing laws. If our very first applicant meets all the requirements than we rent to that family.
